需求：
一、標題：打開template/default/common/header_common.htm文件，里面的代碼如下

1、原來的標題代碼為：

修改為：
<title><!--{if !empty($navtitle)}-->$navtitle<!--{/if}--><!--{if empty($nobbname)}--> $_G['setting']['bbname'] <!--{/if}--></title>
注意：一定記著把$navtitle后面的“ – ”去掉，要不然標題處還是會出現 – ，例如下圖：
2、原來的描述代碼為：

修改為：
<meta name="description" content="{if !empty($metadescription)}{echo dhtmlspecialchars($metadescription)} {/if}" />
二、底部：找到底部的模板文件template/default/common/footer.htm或者你模板文件對應的common/footer.htm，搜索“Powered by”，找到相關代碼行刪掉即可

三、修改完成后，登錄后臺更新一下緩存即可，最終效果如下圖，是不是非常完美。
