高清社，藝名高德禪，號畫石癡，1959年生，祖籍陜西。畢業(yè)于中國美術(shù)學(xué)院，中國書畫函授大學(xué)?，F(xiàn)為南京國清書 畫研究院院長，中華高氏書畫藝術(shù)研究院院長，中國國家書畫院副院長，文化部中國藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作基地南京創(chuàng)作中心主任，陜西民族書畫院副院長，中國李可染書畫藝術(shù)研究院副院長，陜西美術(shù)館、杭州畫院特約畫家。一級美術(shù)師，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，寧夏楹聯(lián)學(xué)會會員，寧夏收藏家協(xié)會會員。
