高新存，字小蒙，1985年生人，祖籍山東濟寧，現任山東省美術家協會會員，濟寧市美術家協會會員，國家一級美術師，中國書畫家協會會員，中國畫學會會員，孔子書畫院會員，從小酷愛繪畫藝術，堅持學習中國傳統繪畫，勤奮拜讀各著名山水畫家之精髓，尤其擅長水墨山水畫作，長期深入生活寫生，不斷努力提高和升華筆墨技藝，作品極具個人特色，被各界文人學者收錄
Gao Xincun, born in 1985, is a native of Jining, Shandong Province. He is now a member of Shandong Artists Association, Jining Artists Association, national first-class artists, Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Chinese painting society and Confucius calligraphy and painting academy. He has loved painting art since childhood, insisted on learning Chinese traditional painting, diligently studied the essence of famous landscape painters, especially good at ink landscape painting and went deep into life for a long time, Constantly strive to improve and sublimate the skills of pen and ink.
