風景油畫創作，是對自然的一種領悟，是傳達某種理念和情感的形式語言。面對綠水青山、古人今賢，筆者在自然的靜觀、體悟、凝思中，在現實存在與心靈之間尋找自己的藝術表現天地，尋求精神的自然和自然的智慧。風景之性即我性，風景之情即我情。情之所致，筆之所至；筆之所致，情無不至。
油畫風景及其創作，有些人認為比起人物創作等題材相對容易，再者風景油畫難以表現重大題材，也曾長期受到冷落，甚至不少油畫家把風景創作當作練筆的一種手段。其實風景油畫創作要求更高一些，它需要藝術家具備特有的藝術修養和創作技巧。
熱愛生活，贊美自然是人類的天性。藝術家們是以個人的特殊視覺把對外部世界的感受表達出來，他們以獨特的心靈感受，用千錘百煉的藝術語言說出了人們想說而說不出的，甚至是存在于潛意識中的東西。“師法自然”是很多藝術家推崇的信條。走進自然，了解自然，從自然中得到教化，再碰撞自己的心靈，描繪出千姿百態的美麗風景，使寫生作品得到提升，這正是我喜愛油畫風景的原因。也許正是這種超乎于尋常的因素，使我在今后的繪畫藝術道路上可以堅持發展下去。

Currently he is the director of the World Artists Association, member of the Chinese Artists Association, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Sichuan Artists Association, member of the Tianjin Artists Association, a national first-class artist, and a signed artist of the column "Ink Painting
and Painting" and "Masters Lecture hall" of China Central Education Television station.
