“世界文化藝術(shù)家排行榜活動”由聯(lián)合國健藝美文化產(chǎn)業(yè)總會發(fā)起并主辦，杉杉蘭格藝術(shù)培訓(xùn)中心、世界文聯(lián)“人物專訪”欄目承辦，是全球首個以世界文化藝術(shù)家為報道和評選對象，由世界文聯(lián)記者走訪基層挖掘感人故事，不同機構(gòu)推薦候選人，發(fā)動網(wǎng)民通過新媒體方式進行線上、線下評選并舉行年度頒獎典禮的公益品牌活動。
