張傳斌，世界文化名人，世界文化交流偉大貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)得主，世界文化大使勛章獲得者，中國(guó)當(dāng)代杰出書(shū)法家，中國(guó)浙江瑞安市人，研究生學(xué)歷。他自幼酷愛(ài)書(shū)法，師從北京國(guó)內(nèi)藝術(shù)界泰斗陳瑛先生。
