張傳斌，世界文化名人，世界文化交流偉大貢獻獎得主，世界文化大使勛章獲得者，中國當代杰出書法家，中國浙江瑞安市人，研究生學歷。他自幼酷愛書法，師從北京國內藝術界泰斗陳瑛先生。
