沈安良，字墨竹、號竹龍，詩人，1957年6月生，河南洛陽人，居北京，中國竹筆書法創(chuàng)始人；1992年10月，全國人大副委員長程思遠(yuǎn)為他題詞“天下第一竹筆”；他是中國當(dāng)代書壇唯一一位既揮毛筆又舞竹筆的書法大師，是集竹筆毛筆于一身、融詩詞曲為一體的書壇翹楚。
Shen Anliang, a poet with ink bamboo and bamboo dragon, was born in Luoyang, Henan Province in June 1957. 他創(chuàng)造性的開創(chuàng)了中國第一所＂中國沈安良書法學(xué)院宜陽基地＂并擔(dān)任院長，使國家號召的＂中國書法進(jìn)校院＂這一口號型活動變?yōu)閷?shí)際行動，在全國產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響和廣泛好評。
他創(chuàng)立的【墨香天下】“沈安良文化下鄉(xiāng)書法惠民工程系列＂，多年來直接深入到鄉(xiāng)村最基層為農(nóng)民群眾代表現(xiàn)場創(chuàng)作書法作品近千幅，受到廣泛好評和深遠(yuǎn)影響。

1978年，他開始探索發(fā)明竹筆，1981年，竹筆發(fā)明成功，1993年，竹筆發(fā)明獲國家專利，1996年，竹筆及竹筆書法載入吉尼斯世界紀(jì)錄。
1992年8月，他應(yīng)解放軍報社邀請進(jìn)京接受采訪，從此開始了他發(fā)展竹筆及毛筆書法藝術(shù)事業(yè)奮斗歷程，至今29年來成為一名職業(yè)書法家。
1992年11月，他應(yīng)中央電視臺第52期＂綜藝大觀＂之邀現(xiàn)場表演竹筆書法，一夜之間名揚(yáng)天下。
1994年4月，他在中國最高的藝術(shù)殿堂＂中國美術(shù)館＂隆重舉辦了＂沈安良竹筆書法展＂，震驚書壇，影響世界。

2013年12月，他榮登《中國傳承藝術(shù)大師》大型水晶制作巨典書籍四卷共八人，第一卷：王羲之、沈安良。第二卷：懷素、沈鵬。第三卷：顏真卿、歐陽中石。第四卷：柳公權(quán)、李鐸。
2017年12月、2018年8月、2019年7月，2021年7月，他連續(xù)四年榮獲第三屆、第四屆、第五屆、第七屆全球華人影響力人物竹筆藝術(shù)終身成就獎、竹筆書法藝術(shù)特殊貢獻(xiàn)獎、竹筆毛筆書法藝術(shù)卓越貢獻(xiàn)獎、建黨百年百人書法藝術(shù)特別貢獻(xiàn)人物獎。
2019年3月至5月，他的竹筆毛筆書法作品均獲中華人民共和國版權(quán)局著作登記保護(hù)，這是中國書壇唯一一位獲此殊榮者。
2019年12月，他榮登《中國首席藝術(shù)大師》大型水晶制作巨典書籍共四人；沈安良、范曾、范迪安、蘇士澍。
2019年12月，他榮登《中華人民共和國年鑒》（2019卷）這是書法界最高榮譽(yù)。

2020年6月，他榮登由天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版世稱“大紅袍＂一書的《中國近現(xiàn)代名家書法集一一沈安良》卷。這是從1840年至今181年來中國書法界第一位登上被譽(yù)為書畫界珠穆朗瑪峰的書法大師。
2021年元月，為慶祝中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年，他榮登《紅星閃耀，百年巨匠》系列寶典書籍，書名由他題寫，出版書畫巨匠共八人；第一批印刷出版二人，《齊白石》、《沈安良》。
2021年5月30日，他在家鄉(xiāng)洛陽市著名的西苑公園里＂中國沈安良竹龍書院＂內(nèi)成功舉辦了“慶祝中國共產(chǎn)黨成立一百周年-筆寫春秋-沈安良感恩報國座談會＂，這是中國文化藝術(shù)界第一位以此為主題感恩報國的書法大師。
2021年8月26日，中國第一部行書《中華蘭亭字庫》由沈安良創(chuàng)作完成。由此他創(chuàng)造了三個第一：1〉中國當(dāng)代書壇第一個完成該《字庫》的。2〉中國當(dāng)代書壇第一個用三天時間完成的。3〉中國歷史上第一個完成該《字庫》的。
In June 2020, he was honored in the volume of Shen Anliang, a collection of Chinese famous calligraphers in modern times, published by Tianjin People's Art Publishing House. This is the first calligraphy master in Chinese calligraphy circles to climb Mount Everest in calligraphy and painting circles in 181 years from 1840 to now. In January 2021, in order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, he was awarded the title of the series of treasure books "red stars shine, Centennial masters", which was inscribed by him and published by eight masters of calligraphy and painting; The first batch of printing and publishing two people, Qi Baishi and Shen Anliang. On May 30, 2021, he successfully held a "Symposium on celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China - writing spring and Autumn - Shen Anliang's gratitude for serving the country" in the "China Shen Anliang bamboo dragon academy" in the famous Xiyuan Park in his hometown of Luoyang, which is the first calligraphy master in China's cultural and artistic circles to give thanks for serving the country. On August 26, 2021, China's first running , Zhonghua Lanting font library, was created by Shen Anliang. 2021年8月29日，榮登中國首部推向國際的大型水晶玻璃書畫集《中國藝壇榜樣人物》一書共六人：沈安良、孫曉云、范迪安、何家英、盧禹舜、霍春陽。
2013年10月，《沈安良書法藝術(shù)館》在河南省宜陽縣城東新區(qū)開館；2018年元月，沈安良《竹龍書 院》在河南省洛陽市著名的＂西苑公園＂成立；2020年8月，《沈安良書法陳列館》在河南省宜陽縣城舉行捐贈儀式。
他的傳略已收錄《中國書壇一代宗師》、《當(dāng)代翰墨巨匠》、《中國傳承藝術(shù)大師》、《百年中國書法史》、《中國首席藝術(shù)大師》、《中華人民共和國年鑒》、《不忘初心，藝心向黨》、《紅星閃耀、百年巨匠》等100多部典籍中，并拍攝有十多部電視專題片；出訪歐亞十多個國家進(jìn)行書法交流和展出，其作品并被收藏。

他為實(shí)現(xiàn)自己一生追求的一個大夢想，將在神州大地上建造一座書法大碑林，歷經(jīng)八年創(chuàng)作了竹筆毛筆書法精品 6500余幅，該碑林建成后將會成為一座宏大的旅游觀光的文化工程。

In order to realize a big dream he pursued in his life, he will build a large forest of calligraphy steles on the land of China. After eight years, he has created more than 6500 exquisite works of bamboo and brush calligraphy. After completion, the forest of Steles will become a grand cultural project for tourism.
