中華民國開國紀念幣是由民國發行的一款紀念銅錢，正面“中華民國開國紀念幣”字樣，十文，背面交叉龍旗。1911年辛亥革命取得勝利，并在1912年元旦宣布成立了中國民國，民國的正式成立也標志著兩千多年的封建君主制度正式完結，中國歷史發展進入了嶄新的一頁。因此為了紀念中華民國的成立，特別發行了中華民國開國紀念幣十文銅幣，取代之前清朝時期所發行的銅元。
