大清銀幣簽字幣由于喬治是1910年(宣統二年)應聘擔任天津造幣總廠總雕刻師，到職后隨即進行宣統三年版大清銀幣的籌備，而次年逢武昌起義國體變更，故所設計及雕刻的錢幣以民國發行的為主。加上L.Giorgi簽字版龍銀極其罕見，故多數藏友不知道它的存在。
In 1910 (the second year of Xuantong), George applied for the post of chief sculptor of Tianjin mint. After he arrived at the post, he immediately made preparations for the three-year edition of Qing Dynasty silver coins. The following year, when the national style of Wuchang Uprising was changed, the coins designed and engraved were mainly issued in the Republic of China. In addition, L. 此枚大清銀幣宣統三年曲須龍“簽字版”錢幣，正面珠圈外左右各鑄一“大菊長枝葉”紋，珠圈上鑄滿文“宣統三年”，珠圈內鑄漢文“大清銀幣”四字，下鑄“宣統三年”四漢字。背面外圍鑄“曲須龍”工藝精湛，栩栩如生，甚是兇猛，中間鑄“壹圓”二字，下鑄英文“ONE DOLLAR”。在背面邊緣8點鐘位置有L.GIORGI。
On the front of the coin, there is a pattern of "big chrysanthemum with long branches and leaves" on the left and right sides of the bead circle. On the bead circle, there is Manchu "Xuantong three years", in the bead circle, there are four characters of "Da Qing silver coin" in Chinese and four characters of "Xuantong three years". "Quxulong" is cast on the outside of the back, which is exquisite, lifelike and ferocious. The word "Yiyuan" is cast in the middle, and the English word "one dollar" is cast below. There is L. Giorgi at 8 o'clock on the back edge.
