【藏品簡介】:林良(1428年~1494年)字以善,明代著名畫家,南海(今廣州)人。擅畫花果、翎毛,著色簡淡,備見精巧。其水墨禽鳥、樹石,繼承南宋院體畫派放縱簡括筆法,遒勁飛動,有類草書,墨色靈活,為明代院體花鳥畫的代表作家,也是明代水墨寫意畫派的開創者。傳世作品有《灌木集禽圖》、《山茶白羽圖》、《雙鷹圖》等。
[introduction to collection]: Lin Liang (1428-1494), a famous painter of Ming Dynasty, was born in Nanhai (now Guangzhou). He is good at painting flowers, fruits and feathers. His ink bird, tree and stone, inherited the Southern Song Dynasty courtyard style painting school's indulgent and simple brushwork, vigorous and flying, cursive style, flexible ink color, is the representative writer of Ming Dynasty courtyard style flower and bird painting, and the founder of Ming Dynasty freehand brushwork painting school. Works handed down from generation to generation include the painting of gathering birds with shrubs, the painting of white plumage of Camellia, the painting of double eagles, etc.
明初洪武至弘治的百余年內, 占據畫壇主位的是皇家畫院的宮廷繪畫。時代特色和風格成型主要體現在宣德、成化、弘治三朝。尤其是花鳥畫,突破“院體”程式,出現了工筆重彩、水墨寫意、設色沒骨等多種風格,并有所創新。其中水墨寫意的開派人物便是林良。他創作的“文人畫化”的水墨寫意花鳥畫,使明代“院體”花鳥出現了新的生機。雖然在明之前也有水墨寫意花鳥,但仍以勾染為主流形式,而且宋“院體”花鳥在元代仍保持著很大的影響力。
