乍啟典（1922-2011年7月19日），山東高青縣人，以寫(xiě)意花鳥(niǎo)畫(huà)著稱(chēng)，出版畫(huà)集多部，參加國(guó)內(nèi)外大展多次，現(xiàn)為國(guó)家一級(jí)美術(shù)師，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，山東省文史研究館館員。長(zhǎng)期生活在農(nóng)村“底層”的乍啟典，在畫(huà)壇辛勤耕耘達(dá)五六十個(gè)春秋。他一生坎坷，歷遭磨難，但對(duì)祖國(guó)對(duì)人民始終懷有一顆赤子之心，對(duì)大千世界的一草一木、花鳥(niǎo)蟲(chóng)魚(yú)，一改舊時(shí)舍棄、冷逸的色調(diào)，飽蘸激情，以大筆大墨、大紅大綠、大起大落等符合民族審美意向的獨(dú)特手法，把這些具有濃郁鄉(xiāng)土氣息的平民化藝術(shù)，賦予了新的色彩與生命。
Zha Qidian (1922-july 19, 2011), a native of Gaoqing County, Shandong Province, is famous for his freehand flower and bird paintings. He has published many collections of paintings and participated in many exhibitions at home and abroad. Now he is a national first-class artist, a member of China Artists Association and a librarian of Shandong Provincial literature and history research Museum. Zhaqitan, who has lived in the "bottom" of the countryside for a long time, has worked hard in the field of painting for 50 to 60 years. His life was full of frustrations and tribulations, but he always cherished a childlike heart for his motherland and the people. He changed the old abandoned and cold colors of plants, flowers, birds, insects and fish in the world, and was full of passion. He made these folk arts with strong local flavor by using the unique techniques in line with the national aesthetic intention, such as large amount of ink, red and green, ups and downs, etc, It gives new color and life.
少時(shí)家貧，僅讀兩年私塾，四年小學(xué)，自學(xué)書(shū)畫(huà)，師古人師造化。1965年全國(guó)第四屆美展時(shí)，他創(chuàng)作的《道旭渡口拖運(yùn)忙》和《銀山朝暉》兩幅國(guó)畫(huà)，一舉被選中，并參加山東省、華東和全國(guó)巡回展，引起強(qiáng)烈反響。（山東省共有9幅作品入選）著名國(guó)畫(huà)家傅抱石、程十發(fā)、方增先、亞明等大家名流觀后大加贊賞，稱(chēng)贊他的作品傳統(tǒng)力雄厚，構(gòu)圖賦色渾然天成，可謂獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟。2002年1月，乍啟典的國(guó)畫(huà)精品《蝴蝶蘭》，被時(shí)任國(guó)家主席江澤民作為國(guó)禮贈(zèng)與約旦國(guó)王阿拉杜拉二世陛下。《松鶴圖》懸掛于全國(guó)政協(xié)禮堂正廳。《松鼠》被外交部印制為賀年卡發(fā)給世界各國(guó)政要。國(guó)學(xué)大師、北京大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師季羨林為《乍啟典傳略》欣然題詞：“一生苦學(xué)，終成大器。”
When he was young, he was poor. He only studied in private school for two years and primary school for four years. In 1965, at the fourth national art exhibition, two Chinese paintings, Daoxu ferry and Yinshan Zhaohui, created by him, were selected at one stroke and participated in the roving exhibitions in Shandong Province, East China and the whole country, causing strong repercussions（ The famous Chinese painters Fu Baoshi, Cheng Shifa, Fang Zengxian, Ya Ming and others praised his works for their strong tradition and natural color. In January 2002, chaqidian's fine traditional Chinese painting "Phalaenopsis" was presented to his Majesty King aladura II of Jordan as a national gift by then President Jiang Zemin《 The picture of pine and crane is hung in the main hall of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference《 The squirrel was printed as a new year card by the Ministry of foreign affairs and sent to the world's political leaders. Ji Xianlin, a master of traditional Chinese culture and doctoral supervisor of Peking University, wrote a joyful inscription for a brief biography of zhaqitan: "if you study hard all your life, you will eventually become a great weapon."
乍啟典在畫(huà)壇辛勤耕耘達(dá)五六十個(gè)春秋。他一改舊時(shí)舍棄、冷逸的色調(diào)，飽蘸激情，以大筆大墨、大紅大綠、大起大落等符合民族審美意向的獨(dú)特手法，把這些具有濃郁鄉(xiāng)土氣息的平民化藝術(shù)，賦予了新的色彩與生命。升華了過(guò)去對(duì)花鳥(niǎo)一般是小畫(huà)、是點(diǎn)綴的概念，把花鳥(niǎo)小品拓展為鴻篇巨制，開(kāi)創(chuàng)了花鳥(niǎo)畫(huà)的新路子，使作品產(chǎn)生了視覺(jué)沖撞力和感召力，傾瀉著勾魂攝魄的東方神韻。他的丈六匹巨幅國(guó)畫(huà)《松鶴圖》懸掛在全國(guó)政協(xié)禮堂；其作品還多次作為國(guó)禮贈(zèng)予外國(guó)元首及友人，并被中南海、中央美術(shù)館、文化部等單位和海內(nèi)外多家博物館及愛(ài)好者收藏。
Zhaqitan worked hard in the field of painting for 50 to 60 years. It sublimates the concept that flowers and birds are generally small paintings and embellishments in the past, and expands the flower and bird sketches into a masterpiece, creating a new way of flower and bird paintings, which makes the works produce visual impact and appeal, and pour out the soul stirring oriental charm. His six large traditional Chinese paintings, the painting of pines and cranes, were hung in the auditorium of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference; His works have also been presented to foreign heads of state and friends as national gifts for many times, and have been collected by Zhongnanhai, Central Art Museum, Ministry of culture and many museums and fans at home and abroad.
