寒冰,陳氏,名長耀，字三廉，號空白，中國嵩山少林寺俗家弟子,中國國畫家協會理事、中國名家書畫院名譽院長、天下奇跡創造者學會理事、新加坡神州藝術院院士、特級書畫師、客座教授、中國書畫百杰。

丙午年生于開閩第一進士薛令之故里閩東廉村，系廉村陳雄、陳驥、陳駿、陳奕、陳翥一門五進士之后裔。自幼受藝術熏陶，喜弄翰墨，以書法入畫，潛心研究形象文字書寫，具有獨特的藝術風格，巨幅更見功力，酣暢淋漓，神采飛揚。在不斷探索個人風格過程中，從傳統中吸取營養，與時代氣息融合，追求深沉質樸的意境，將博大、凝重、豪放、磅礴的氣度融于筆情墨韻之中。陳立夫先生贊其作品“格調高雅、氣勢恢宏"，作品被世界首腦收藏。
Bingwu was born in the hometown of Xue Lingzhi, the first Jinshi in Kaimin. He is a descendant of Chen Xiong, Chen Ji, Chen Jun, Chen Yi and Chen Zhu. Influenced by art since childhood, he likes to use calligraphy in painting, and devotes himself to the study of image writing. He has a unique artistic style. He can see his skill in a large scale, and is full of vigor and vitality. In the process of continuous exploration of personal style, we should absorb nutrition from tradition, integrate with the flavor of the times, pursue the deep and simple artistic conception, and integrate the broad, dignified, bold and unrestrained, and majestic bearing into the ink rhyme. 2002年6月背起睡袋，獨游華夏，走遍九州二十二省，大地當床，青天為被，一介寒士，翻囊背橐，浪跡天涯，餐風露宿，歷經險境。存信念堅毅，覽自然景觀，承天地正氣，采日月精華，悟撤書法最深層之奧妙，獨創字形尋碧落之玄機。以書入畫，超前意識，突破傳統，以“驚墨”技法，呈人站字前，窺骨隱紙后,出神震憾，入化顛狂.極時以頭代筆書之.筆落驚風雨，詩成泣鬼神，丹青翰墨，血肉靈魂，作品追求意、形、神兼備，具有一種強烈的民族精神和儒家釋家文化的深奧哲理，2006年春創辦寒冰藝術館。

Keep faith and resolute, look at the natural landscape, take good care of heaven and earth, pick up the essence of the sun and moon, understand the deepest mystery of calligraphy, and create the mystery of finding the blue and white. With the technique of "startling ink", people stand in front of the characters and peep through the bones and hidden paper. They are ecstatic and shocked. At the extreme time, they use the head to write instead of the book. The pen shakes the wind and rain, and the poem becomes the spirit of weeping ghosts and spirits. The work pursues the combination of meaning, form and spirit. It has a strong national spirit and the profound philosophy of Confucian Buddhism culture, The ice art museum was founded in the spring of 2006.
