【藏品簡介】：銅鏡也是中國青銅器鑄造史的一個延續和獨特風景。我國夏、商、周被稱為“燦爛的青銅器時代”，然而到春秋戰國以后，青銅器逐漸衰落，被更先進的生產力代表鐵器所取代，但青銅鏡的制造和使用并沒有衰落?？梢哉f，古銅鏡在青銅文化的大家族中是獨立和自成體系的，或者說是青銅文化的延續。此銅鏡包漿渾厚自然，銅鏡鈕為乳突狀，雙輪鏡緣，鏡身是“五子登科”四字，四字方方正正排列于鈕的四周，每個字均用方框框住。且此銅鏡，寓意極好，“五子登科”指的是后周竇禹鈞教子有方，他的五個兒子先后考中進士的故事。鑄在銅鏡上，成為一個吉祥的符號，祝福著每個擁有者門楣興旺、仕宦發達。
