【藏品簡介】：嘉慶帝是滿清入關(guān)的第五任皇帝（1796-1820年）在位二十五年，歷年累計鑄造的錢幣的種類有近百種，在清朝錢幣形制上是最復(fù)雜的，錢幣鑄造廠就有十幾家。嘉慶通寶”中國古代錢幣之一。錢面文字“嘉慶通寶”以楷書書寫，從上而下而右而左直讀。錢背滿文，右記局名19字。少數(shù)錢背星月紋以及記地或吉祥漢字(如：桂、福、壽、康、南、寧)，吉語背文如：“天子萬年”、“國泰民安”、“天下太平”、“日日生財”、“嘉慶萬歲”、“唯和唯一”、“如賣三倍”、“四方來賀”、“五世同堂”等多達20種，為歷代古泉所僅見。

嘉慶寶南局，是湖南省局鑄造。嘉慶元年開爐，一直到嘉慶十九年仍然在鑄造，但以減產(chǎn)為主。寶南局的做工一般，版本也不多，主要有部頒式、特有面文和異書等幾種，具有收藏價值，市場價格較貴。此枚錢幣嘉慶通寶背月以精銅鑄造，鑄工精致，包漿渾厚溫潤書法端莊，字口如切，樣錢風(fēng)格，彰顯京局品質(zhì)，實物存世甚少，為收藏投資的不二選擇.
