Collection category: Coins
[collection introduction]: after the 1911 Revolution, the emperor of Qing Dynasty abdicated and the Republic of China was founded. Sun Yat Sen, the pioneer of the democratic revolution of China, took office as the interim president of the Republic of China, and proposed to issue "another new model and to cast commemorative coins" in the "Interim presidential order". Subsequently, Wuchang and Nanjing mints took the lead in casting the auxiliary coins of "commemorative coins of the Republic of China" in copper yuan, mainly ten denominations, and issued in large quantities throughout the country to replace the Qing Dynasty copper yuan. This is the origin of the copper yuan of the "commemorative coin of the founding of the Republic of China". Undoubtedly, the name of the copper dollar is very clear, that is, "the commemorative coin of the Republic of China". Shuangqi coin is a hot collection in recent years. The appearance of copper yellow not only gives a dignified sense of historical vicissitudes, but also the whole coin is divided into two parts: internal and external circles. The overall design is very meticulous. The English letters, Chinese block script and pattern design are exquisite, so it attracts a lot of attention from a large number of collectors in the industry.
After the founding of the Republic of China, copper yuan continued to be widely used. The biggest difference is that the dragon pattern with strong imperial color was replaced by Jiahe pattern composed of rice ears. At the beginning of the founding of the Republic of China, commemorative coins of the Republic of China were issued all over the country. Copper coins with a face value of ten Wen are the rarest. Their varieties and styles are very complicated, but they can be roughly divided into two categories: one is double chess, the other is double chess, On the back is the Double Flag of jiahetu and the English "ten characters of the Republic of China". On the outside, it can be divided into two kinds: with beads and without beads; On the other hand, there are jiahetu and lianyewen on the back. Lianyewen are generally arranged anticlockwise.
The copper coin is made of red copper, with double flag pattern on the front, orchid pattern on the side, and seal script engraving "commemorative coin of the founding of the Republic of China" on the top and bottom. The reverse face is decorated with Jiahe pattern and the word "Shiwen". The coin is exquisitely patterned, naturally coated and in good condition. The circulation of founding commemorative coins in the Republic of China was not long, and the issue quantity was relatively small. Since the founding of the Republic of China has lasted for a hundred years, there are very few well preserved commemorative coins. Although the commemorative coins are relatively easy to preserve, most people lack the consciousness of preserving these commemorative coins in the period of the Republic of China. As a result, some commemorative coins have been damaged to varying degrees, and the number of well preserved coins is very small, which also directly affects the price growth of this commemorative coin
