Collection appreciation: this coin was coined in 1905 to commemorate Cixi's 70th birthday. Zhang jiongbo wrote in his article "silver coin made in Guangdong Province": "however, it is very difficult to make a sudden decision because it has not been dated. However, when you look at its design, you can see that it is harmonious for blessing and longevity, encircling the Double Dragons, and the screen is not in English, which means eulogy and blessing. As a result, yitui became one of the commemorative coins, which was specially made to wish Empress Dowager Cixi a long life in her 70s. "“ There is no doubt that the unique position of "Guangdong Shuanglong Shouzi silver coin" in the modern official coinage system of China is beyond doubt, and its rarity and high collection value are universally recognized by the spring circle.
Among all the silver coins with Longyang pattern in China (including all the silver coins issued abroad), this coin has exquisite craftsmanship, perfect carving and strong sense of relief. The mirror surface is flat and smooth, and the lines of pattern are very clear. In particular, the two series of Kuping Zhongyi silver coins in Guangdong Province are exquisitely cast, with deep mouth, pattern and side teeth, which is completely the style of sample coins made abroad. As the currency ready for circulation (although it is not in circulation), its secret anti-counterfeiting is rare and unmatched. The surface of the coin is covered with thick paste, which is very ornamental even for the layman who has no research on silver.
