粉彩瓷又叫軟彩瓷,景德鎮(zhèn)窯四大傳統(tǒng)名瓷之一,漢族傳統(tǒng)制瓷工藝中的珍品,是以粉彩為主要裝飾手法的瓷器品種。追溯中國(guó)瓷器史,早在清康熙年間,粉彩作為瓷器釉上彩繪藝術(shù)已開(kāi)始了萌芽;到雍正時(shí)期,已趨成熟,無(wú)論在造型、怡釉和彩繪方面,粉彩瓷均得到了空前的發(fā)展,并形成粉彩裝飾的獨(dú)特風(fēng)格,《陶雅》中稱(chēng)贊“粉彩以雍正朝最美,前無(wú)古人,后無(wú)來(lái)者,鮮艷奪目”。

乾隆時(shí)期粉彩已非常興盛。到了晚清,粉彩瓷又得到了一定的新發(fā)展,除了白地粉彩器外,所見(jiàn)有各種色地開(kāi)光粉彩,而且往往和描金工藝結(jié)合,其主要器型有瓶、罐、花盆、盤(pán)、碗、燈籠尊、蓋碗等。
