光緒元寶是大清光緒年流通大面值貨幣之首，是我國首批引進(jìn)海外技術(shù)的印發(fā)流通貨幣，對于現(xiàn)今也蘊(yùn)藏了一定歷史意義。光緒元寶是清朝光緒年間流通的貨幣之一。由湖北兩廣總督張之洞率先引進(jìn)英國鑄幣機(jī)器鑄造銀元和銅元.共有十九個(gè)省局鑄造，除中央戶部，地方省所鑄銅元，皆在其正面上緣鐫寫省名。

針對于古錢幣錯(cuò)版在古幣市場當(dāng)中更為稀缺，光緒元寶本身為機(jī)制幣，正反兩面采用沖壓方式制成，在古代時(shí)期，錢幣代表的是權(quán)力和統(tǒng)治，每一位帝王上位必須先制作自己的錢幣，在錢幣的制作上要求非常嚴(yán)苛，不允許有任何差錯(cuò)，就例如現(xiàn)在人民幣制作一樣，有樣本存在，古錢幣也是如此，出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)，一般都會(huì)銷毀，分毫之差留存于世能夠理解，此枚錢幣是正面背面角度移位30度左右，堪稱誤差錯(cuò)版，留存于世，實(shí)屬難得。In ancient times, coins represented power and rule, and each emperor had to make his own coins first.
