【藏品簡介】：光緒通寶是清代錢幣之一，清德宗光緒年間（1875年-1908年）鑄造。光緒通寶面文楷書或楷兼隸、楷兼宋三體；背文滿、回文記局、記年、記吉語、記批次等多種形式。不論光緒通寶精彩絕倫的機制錢幣，也不論光緒通寶之稀見怪異之版別，單就其普通尋常之大眾制錢而言，光緒通寶錢幣小巧俊美、端莊秀麗，也堪稱翻鑄制造之精華，其錢文書法繼承和發展了咸豐錢幣楷書遺風，纖細挺拔、剛柔相濟，又超過了康乾盛世。
[collection introduction]: Guangxu Tongbao is one of the coins of Qing Dynasty, and was coined in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty (1875-1908). 光緒錢是中國造幣史上首次引進西洋機制造幣方法鑄造的第一批中國樣式（外圓孔方）的行用錢。另有北洋造光緒通寶機制銅幣，背北洋零用一文（公元1902-1908年）。光緒通寶面文多為楷書，少數局亦有篆書，背滿文記局名，漢文年叫記年錢。計有：泉源蘇直浙昌福武南晉陜川廣桂云黔津沽漳河吉寧東奉新，伊犁，庫車，阿克蘇。另有背記值，星月紋及合背錢，一般徑2--2.4厘米，重1.8--3克。廣東，福建，天津，吉林有機制錢，山西寶晉局鑄大通寶錢徑4.8厘米，重24.2克，吉語錢等。重寶面文較通寶錢清秀工整，楷書直讀背滿文記局名，漢文記值，傳世以雕母為珍品，貴州發現一枚通寶當百小錢，徑2.4厘米，重2.73克，雕母外圍成橢圓形，中間方孔，及其稀少，目前多為傳世品，具有很好的收藏潛力。
Guangxu coins are the first batch of Chinese style (round hole) coins which were made by introducing the western mechanism in the history of Chinese coinage. In addition, Beiyang made copper coins of Guangxu Tongbao mechanism, carrying Beiyang petty cash (1902-1908 A.D.). Most of Guangxu Tongbao's facial scripts are regular script, and a few of them also have seal script. They recite the name of Manchu Bureau, and the Chinese year is called jinianqian.
