大唐安史之亂叛將史思明于乾元二年（AD759）銷毀洛陽銅佛鑄造，以一當開元通寶之百行用，面文為“順天元寶”，形制與“得壹元寶”相同。版本較多，背上月版常見，其余皆少見。此錢鑄造量較得壹元寶多，有“順天易得，得壹難求”之說，市場價格昂貴。

首識書相。一眼可識，本品面文“順天元寶”四字,隸書書體,旋讀,背穿上單月紋。其書相呈典型的唐隸風格,書寫中規中矩，一絲不茍，筆劃清晰，橫直豎立，字形大小適，中,布局協調，整體書相彰顯端莊得體。其中，品“順”字，矮墩字形，具有最突出的隸書風格。無需細表，品文識書，本品書相正點，實乃其時官爐出品，無異無邪，其門得開。
