咸豐重寶當(dāng)十是清代文宗咸豐年間鑄，以銅為材質(zhì)鑄造于咸豐年間，當(dāng)時該錢幣為了咸豐重寶，咸豐元寶和咸豐通寶三種之間的區(qū)分，就以當(dāng)五十計值，高于當(dāng)五十計值的稱為“咸豐元寶”，低于當(dāng)五十及以下計值稱為“咸豐重寶”，剩下的就是小平錢咸豐通寶，所有的錢幣鑄造都十分精美，鐫刻在上面的字跡清晰俊秀，銅的材質(zhì)優(yōu)良，錢幣整體簡潔大方，精致，比之前以銅為材質(zhì)的錢幣直徑大些，重量重一些。
