1907年（光緒33年），清廷將奉天、吉林和黑龍江合稱為東三省。并將奉天和吉林兩省的造幣廠合并，稱為東三省造幣廠。當年由天津戶部造幣總廠代鑄東三省造光緒元寶一套。而宣統(tǒng)元年(1909年)東三省造幣廠僅開鑄庫平一錢四分四厘的銀幣。東三省半圓、一錢四分四厘等小幣值銀元鑄造極稀，很難看到，收藏價值極高。
