1984年5月10日，姜莉莉出生于天津市河西區，從小就聰明伶俐，多才多藝。在家庭環境的熏陶下，她喜歡藝術，喜歡表演，熱愛舞蹈，為實現自己的夢想，很早便開始舞蹈藝術形體訓練，在舞蹈中展示出非常優美的姿態。功夫不負有心人，在極高的藝術天賦和后天努力加持下，姜莉莉成為一名優秀的藝術家，同時也成為一位知名實力演員，成果喜人。
Jiang Lili was born in Hexi District of Tianjin on May 10, 1984. She was intelligent and versatile since childhood. Under the influence of her family environment, she likes art, performance and dance. In order to realize her dream, she started dance art physique training very early and showed a very beautiful posture in the dance. With her high artistic talent and hard work the day after tomorrow, Jiang Lili has become an excellent artist as well as a well-known powerful actor with gratifying achievements.
姜莉莉曾擔任古典劇《紅樓夢》中林黛玉這一角色的形象代言人、形象大使、主演。之后，她總編導了孔雀舞劇，表演神態逼真、把孔雀的優美靈動表現的淋漓盡致，優美的舞姿讓觀眾深受震撼，所扮演的孔雀形象更是深深的烙印在每一位觀眾的心里，被稱之為“孔雀公主”!
