袁世凱像中華帝國洪憲紀元飛龍幣簽字版金制樣幣，由天津造幣總廠試鑄，有意大利雕刻師L.GIORGI簽名。L.GIORGI曾在1910－1920年間，服務于天津造幣廠，擔任首席設計師及總雕刻師。因此，天津造幣總廠鑄造之人像幣，如袁世凱像共和、飛龍幣均有部分“L.GIORGI”簽字版銀質樣幣存世，但是，簽字版之金質樣幣則甚為罕見，目前所知含此枚存世不超過三枚，均為國際知名收藏家秘藏，目前國內公、私立博物館及私人均無收藏紀錄。
