The ancestors of Manchu Dynasty originated in Changbai Mountain area of Northeast China, and lived by fishing and hunting for livestock in past dynasties, without using coins. Until the forty-fourth year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty, the Manchu Dynasty founded the country with the title of "Gold" and established the yuan with the meaning of "Destiny", and began to forge two coins, namely, "Destiny Khan Money" in Manchu and "Destiny Tongbao" in Chinese. However, before entering the customs, many Manchu people didn't need money, and coins were mostly used as decorations, which were worn on clothes and robes, and believed to have the effect of avoiding ominous swords and guns. Until the emperor shunzhi succeeded to the throne, in order to meet the needs of Han people, who are mainly farmers and businesses, there began to be a relatively perfect and complex coin casting regulation. Today, Shunzhi Tongbao, which enjoys a high reputation in the coin industry, is the product of that period. Shunzhi Type I, also known as Imitating Ming Qian Style, is the earliest one among Shunzhi Five Styles. Because it adopts the old institutions, craftsmen and casting techniques left over from Ming Dynasty, it largely retains the style of Ming Dynasty.
Shunzhi II style, also known as single-character bureau style, is similar to Huichang Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty, with a single Chinese character recording the name of money bureau on the back of coins. Shunzhi Sanshi is also called Yimili. On the right side of the back, there is still a single Chinese character recording the name of the Bureau of Casting Money, while on the left, it is unified with the word "Yimili". Shunzhi Sishi, also known as Manchu style, is commonly known as "big money making", which completely breaks away from the Ming style and establishes the Qing style of money making. On the back of coins, the words "Baoquan" or "Baoyuan" are written in Manchu. Shunzhi Five Styles evolved into Manchu-Chinese Style, and the names of foundry bureaus were recorded in Manchu-Chinese characters on the back. This style also became a model for coin casting in Manchu Dynasty. In the Kangxi period, due to the relatively stable society and increasingly rich life, the coins minted in this period were collectively called "Kangxi Tongbao", which not only greatly improved the minting technology, but also made the coins exquisite and regular in texture, heavy in money type and beautiful and generous in characters.
Kangxi Tongbao is a coin of Qing Dynasty, which was cast in Kangxi period (1662 ~1722). Kangxi Tongbao has a diameter of 2.5-2.8 cm and a weight of 3.8-5.5 grams. The written word Kangxi Tongbao is read directly in real books. The back text of Kangxi Qian is Manchu, except for the Baoquan and Baoyuan Bureaus set up by the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Household Affairs. The back text of Tongbao Qian made by other foreign money bureaus is Manchu and the right is the corresponding Chinese character. For the convenience of collection and research, the later generations compiled the bureau names of Manchu-Han-Wen-Ji regions together, forming a rhyming and smooth "back-written poem" of Kangxi Qian. Poetry: with Dongjiang, Fu Lin, Sujichang, Xuanyuan. Nanhe Ningguang Zhejiang, Taiwan Guishan Yunzhang. This poem includes 20 games in which Kangxi Tongbao's money is backed up in Chinese. Therefore, some people call Kangxi's money "Twenty Articles of Poetry".
In recent one or two years, coins in Qing Dynasty have become a hot spot in the market, with Kangxi Tongbao as the leader. Kangxi Tongbao is one of the ancient coins. During the Kangxi period, the society was relatively stable and the economy developed rapidly. At that time, the commodity exchange, monetary economy and so on were relatively developed. Therefore, the Kangxi Tongbao coins minted during this period were very beautiful, and the regular and heavy money type and beautiful and generous words made the Kangxi Tongbao coins that survive in the world popular with collectors and investors. As a result, the condom money of Kangxi Tongbao's facial writing is also rising. So, what exactly is Kangxi Tongbao's condom money, is it easy to collect, and what should be paid attention to when collecting it? The so-called "condom money" refers to coins belonging to the same set, with the same face, style and series. As far as Kangxi Tongbao is concerned, the earliest condom money was cast in Kangxi Dynasty, which should belong to the well-known 20 poems and poems, that is, on the back of each piece of money, besides Manchu, there were also 20 abbreviations of the then money casting bureaus, namely, "with Dongjiang in Fu Lin, Sujichang in Xuanyuan, Ningguangzhe in Nanhe, Yunzhang in Taiwan, Guangxi and Shaanxi". Such a set of coins is called a set of money.
In the past two years, the value of such ancient coins has been rising again and again. There are two reasons. First, such ancient coins have been bought by collectors in large quantities a few years ago, and there is not much left. Second, after such ancient coins were bought in large quantities, the market once broke down and reappeared at the trade fair. Collectors who did not collect them were willing to auction them at high prices. Therefore, the ancient coins of last year and this year climbed to the peak under the enthusiastic speculation and pursuit of the public. Therefore, people gradually realize the significance and value of coin collection. The collection of ancient coins has created a miracle like Shinhwa. Although ancient coins are no longer used as coins in the market, they have extraordinary collection value, thus bringing unexpected wealth to collectors.
