銀幣正面中央圓圈內(nèi)鐫“光緒銀幣”四個(gè)字，圈外左右兩側(cè)分鐫“丁未”二字和一對(duì)雙龍戲珠（壽字）圖案。銀幣背面中央鐫“一兩”二字，兩側(cè)鐫雙龍戲珠圖案，兩條龍的背部和龍腹部分別鐫有三團(tuán)云朵，下端鐫海浪圖案。正面和背面的龍圖造型完全不同。此款光緒元寶發(fā)行量極少，丁未一兩，品相完整，保存完好，有一定包漿年代感，極具收藏價(jià)值。

光緒銀幣（丁未）雙龍一兩是由清政府度支部設(shè)計(jì)和正式鑄行的清代標(biāo)準(zhǔn)銀幣之一。清朝光緒三十三年（1907）年度支部天津造幣總廠鑄造，為慈禧太后和光緒皇帝慶壽沖喜用的專屬紀(jì)念銀幣，亦是大清王朝最后一款祝壽紀(jì)念銀幣，這枚“光緒（丁未）雙龍一兩”銀幣當(dāng)年雖然投放于市場(chǎng)，但它在市面上流通的時(shí)間并不是很長(zhǎng)，后來(lái)被全面收回；它當(dāng)年的實(shí)際鑄造量其實(shí)并不多，因?yàn)殍T額小，傳世稀罕，大多數(shù)民間藏家沒(méi)有見(jiàn)過(guò)實(shí)物，能完好流傳保存至今的，少之又少，罕見(jiàn)至極。
