楊建軍，字沉墨，號秦野魯人，1965年生。中國當代實力派書法名家，現為中國書法家協會會員、中國楹聯學會會員、中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體書畫家工作委員會委員、中國書畫名家聯合會書法藝術委員會副主任、中國國際藝術家協會藝術顧問等，國家特級書法師職稱。擅長書法篆刻，治印千余方。

作品在全國及國際書法大賽中多次獲獎，2014年9月被授予“中華民族杰出藝術家”，2017年1月被中國美術教育委員會授于《全國書法培訓十佳名師》，2019年首屆中國頂級書畫大師大賽中，其書法作品六尺草書橫幅《天行健》榮獲特等獎，并入選中國頂級書畫國際巡展，先后在韓國首爾、意大利圣佛羅倫薩宮、美國紐約大都會博物館隆重展出。巡展后該作品被意大利博物館永久收藏，同年入選國家大型紀實期刊《世紀人物--書畫專刊》封面人物，《大國外交--走向世界的人民藝術家》封底作品，2019年被中書協授予德藝雙馨藝術家、被國家新聞中心授予2019年度功勛藝術家等榮譽稱號，其作品及相關評論文章在新華網、光明網、人民網、中國國家藝術網、雅昌藝術網等40余家國家級媒體及官方網站相繼報道轉載，2020年1月應邀參加CCTV國際中國公益事業大典，并榮獲“2019年度最佳藝術家公益踐行獎”榮譽稱號。2015年12月20日唯創金典·中拍國際2015秋季藝術品拍賣會上，秦野魯人書法作品《天行健》和《靜則養神》以40000元全部成交。其書法作品用筆安詳從容、法度森嚴、筆意豐富、神完勢足、風格多變，濃縮古風今意、氣象萬千。讀其書法，勁健秀逸與奔放淋漓兼備，如觀清純心靈，給人一種超凡脫俗之感，在輕松自然的氛圍中給人以美的享受。
