張海，1941年生，祖籍河南省偃師縣。中國當(dāng)代著名書法家。全國政協(xié)常委，國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)有突出貢獻(xiàn)的專家。曾任第八、九、十屆全國人大代表，第五、六屆中國書法家協(xié)會主席，河南省文聯(lián)主席，藝術(shù)品中國資深顧問等。
Zhang Hai, born in 1941, ancestral home in Yanshi County, Henan Province. Famous Chinese contemporary calligrapher. Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); expert with outstanding contributions approved by The State Council. He has served as a deputy to the eighth, ninth and tenth National People's Congress, chairman of the fifth and sixth Chinese Calligraphers Association, chairman of Henan Provincial Federation of Literature and Art, and senior consultant of Chinese art works.
現(xiàn)任中國書法家協(xié)會名譽主席，全國政協(xié)書畫室副主任，鄭州大學(xué)書法學(xué)院院長。
He is currently the honorary president of Chinese Calligrapher's Association, the deputy director of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the dean of the Calligraphy School of Zhengzhou University.
