此枚中華民國二十五年廿分錢幣是民國時期法幣的輔幣，正面摹刻有孫中山先生肖像，背面刻有布幣圖。布幣是中國古代貨幣，是從青銅農具（古代鋤類農具）演變而來。該輔幣從1936年開鑄，到1943年停鑄，于1949年退出流通，最后進入收藏市場。國民政府未充分回收，今日民間存世量較少，成交價格極高。
