羅華黨原創鋼琴交響音樂會歌手海選通知
黨的十九屆五中全會提出到2035年建成文化強國的戰略目標,并對如何實現這一戰略目標作出新的謀劃和部署。為了積極響應黨中央號召，世界文聯舉辦了一系列文化藝術活動，原空軍作曲家羅華黨原創音樂會海選歌手，一是為選撥新人加入藝術團隊，實現“輸入新鮮血液”并完成人才儲備，同時也給眾多音樂藝術愛好者提供一個鍛煉自己的機會和展示自己的舞臺;二是為營造積極向上、格調高雅、健康文明的社會音樂藝術氛圍，豐富人民大眾的業余文化生活，加強社會精神文明建設。
海選具體方案：
一〉從羅華黨原創鋼琴交響音樂中選出聲樂作品1首(見附件：羅華黨聲樂作品一欖表);反復練習，唱熟后報名參賽(免費)。
二)由知名專家評委團評選出最佳原創歌手、優秀原創歌手。
三)獲得最佳原創歌手，獎勵由聯合國健藝美文化總會和世界文聯頒發的獎杯、證書;其演唱的原唱作品將錄入羅華黨原創鋼琴交響(聲樂)音樂會專輯，出版、發行，并向全球宣傳，打造世界級原創新星。

羅華黨，筆名：樂華，1958年生，原空軍專業作曲家，高級職稱，世界文化藝術界聯合會創會主席，聯合國健藝美文化產業總會常務副主席，世界藝術家協會副會長、北京山河風文化藝術院副院長、中國樂壇雜志社演藝中心主任、中國藝術網總監、東方藝術界聯盟發起人、中國音樂家協會會員、中國音樂文學學會會員、中國音樂家辭典編委會委員。出版了由中國關心下一代工作委員會重點推薦的藝術類普及教育書籍《羅華黨六位一體音樂立體化教程(鋼琴1-10級)》。
