王孝誠，字一山，齋號亦然舍。中國工藝美術大師、國畫家、世界華人藝術家協會理事、世界文化藝術研究中心研究員、中國民間藝術家協會內畫藝術委員會副主任、中國工藝美術學會會員、山東書法家協會會員、山東工藝美術協會內畫專業委員會主任，山東工藝美院兼職教授、青島大學美術學院兼職教授。

1961年改革百年相傳的內畫竹畫筆為內畫狼毫筆, 為中國內畫發展作出了巨大貢獻。1971年首創《水滸一百單八將》特細內畫畫面, 在廣交會引起轟動。

人民日報出版社曾編輯出版個人國畫集。2004和2005年所創作的內畫作品《蘭亭契吟圖》和《賞花大觀園》禪聯第五屆、第六屆中國工藝美術大師作品及工藝美術精品博覽會金獎。內畫作品《想望》被中國國家博物館收藏，成為建國以來館藏內畫第一人。2007和2008年第八屆、第九屆中國工藝美術大師作品及中國工藝美術精品博覽會評委、第六屆中國工藝美術大師評委。
