辛亥革命后，清朝滅亡，在中國持續(xù)2000 多年的封建君主專制隨之結(jié)束。民國成立時(shí)，由于幣制尚未建立，主要的造幣廠，大都仍沿用前清鋼模鑄造銀幣，以供流通需要。由于幣制混亂，臨時(shí)政府財(cái)政部長陳錦濤，于民國元年3月11日呈文大總統(tǒng)孫中山，鼓鑄10萬元紀(jì)念銀幣以為整頓。隨后武昌和南京兩處造幣廠率先鑄行了 “中華民國開國紀(jì)念幣”銅元輔幣，在全國發(fā)行以取代清朝銅元。這就是“中華民國雙旗幣幣” 銅元的由來。
After the revolution of 1911, the Qing Dynasty perished and the feudal autocracy which lasted for more than 2000 years in China ended. When the Republic of China was founded, because the currency system had not yet been established, most of the major mints still used the steel mould of the former Qing Dynasty to cast silver coins for circulation. Due to the confusion of the currency system, Chen Jintao, finance minister of the provisional government, presented a letter to President Sun Yat Sen on March 11, the first year of the Republic of China, and proposed to forge 100000 yuan commemorative silver coins for rectification. Later, Wuchang and Nanjing mints took the lead in coinage of the founding of the Republic of China. This is the origin of the "commemorative coin of the founding of the Republic of China".
雙旗幣是近段時(shí)間比較熱藏品，銅黃色的外形不僅給人一種凝重的歷史滄桑感，且整個(gè)錢幣的版面分為內(nèi)外圈兩部分，整體設(shè)計(jì)非常細(xì)致，英文字母、中文楷體以及花紋設(shè)計(jì)圖案精美，因而在拍場上也吸引了相當(dāng)一大批業(yè)內(nèi)藏家們的關(guān)注。現(xiàn)在我們收藏的這一枚中華民國開國紀(jì)念幣，幣的年代感非常強(qiáng)，包漿自然，使用痕跡明顯，整體來說還是很不錯(cuò)的，文中錢幣正面中央圖案為兩面交叉的國旗，左為鐵血十八星旗，右為五色旗，中間系結(jié)帶，旗幟飄揚(yáng)，雙旗上方有五角星裝飾。圈外上環(huán)楷體“中華民國”四字，下環(huán)“當(dāng)十銅元”四字，左右兩側(cè)以花飾之。背面珠圈內(nèi)圖案為稻穗組成的嘉禾紋，上下邊緣環(huán)英文，中書寫有“十文”字樣。此幣設(shè)計(jì)精美，做工精細(xì)，紋飾豐富，布局合理，層次鮮明，線條流暢優(yōu)雅，工藝純熟精湛，藝術(shù)價(jià)值較高。整體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)銅材料精制而成，保存完整，，包漿自然醇厚，具有很高的收藏價(jià)值。
The Double Flag coin is a hot collection in recent years. On the whole, it is still very good. The central pattern on the front of the coin is a flag with two sides crossed, the left is an iron and blood 18 star flag, and the right is a five color flag. The middle of the coin is tied, and the flag is flying. There are five pointed stars on the top of the double flags. Outside the circle, there are four characters of "Republic of China" in regular script, and five characters of "Founding commemorative coin" in the lower ring. The left and right sides are decorated with flowers. The pattern inside the bead circle on the back is Jiahe pattern composed of rice ears, and the upper and lower edges are in English, and the Chinese characters "ten characters" are written.
