趙珂，筆名舸蘭，漢，1963年生于河南，祖籍山西。畢業于中國書畫函授大學國畫班（大專）?，F為中國書畫家聯誼會會員、中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體書畫家工作委員會副秘書長、中國互聯網聯盟副主編、英國皇家藝術基金會永久藝術顧問、新聞司數據庫藝術人才、政協畫院副院長等職。在93年北京2000奧林匹克第一屆國際書畫藝術大賽特邀作品獲獎。作品被吉林省圖書館、第二屆國際書畫大展組委會等多家單位收藏。
Zhao Ke, pseudonym Ge Lan, Han Dynasty, was born in 1963 in Henan Province. Graduated from the Chinese painting class of correspondence university of Chinese painting (junior college). He is now a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy Secretary General of the working committee of the new literary group of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, deputy editor in chief of the China Internet Alliance, permanent art consultant of the Royal Arts Foundation, database art talent of the information department, and vice president of the Painting Academy of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference. In 1993 Beijing 2000 Olympic Games, the first international calligraphy and painting art competition invited works won the prize. His works have been collected by Jilin Provincial Library and the Organizing Committee of the second international painting and calligraphy exhibition.

2000年榮獲國際文化交流展金獎等（頒有獎牌）。首屆祖國頌國際書畫、攝影大賽“特別金獎”。迎97香港回歸世界華人硬筆書畫大展賽中獲“優秀創作獎”。多次參加全國、國際書畫的大展賽且獲國際文化交流展金獎、特別金獎、中日二十世紀（二十一世紀）書畫名匠勛章兩枚、一等獎等諸多獎項。作品多次在中國美術館、中國歷史博物館展出并獲好評。流傳美國、英國、日本、泰國、韓國等國家和香港、澳門等地區。入編《人民藝術家1949-1999（書畫極品巨典）》（被邀擔任編委）、《二十一世紀中日書畫名匠集》等百部書畫典籍中。2000年以來,每年新春佳節都要給本小區的居民、親朋好友愛心捐贈春聯，《上善若水》橫幅作品捐獻給信息工程大學小區地理信息與空間學院，工作人員被舸蘭的善舉深深感動，表示一定向趙珂老師學習，努力為人民服務。類似為希望小學、空巢老人捐贈這樣的善舉事情數不勝數，并為殘疾人、亞運會、奧運會捐贈作品。曾被邀參加在北京人民大會堂、釣魚臺國賓館召開的第三屆當代中國精神、2002中國中外名人文化研究會、2002中國發展論壇“2002·相約北京”國慶座談等會議。2019年受中國郵政之邀約參與慶祝建國70周年出版了素有國家名片的個人作品限量珍藏郵冊及全國發行其作品、簡歷生活照、付郵資的明信片70000枚，每套郵冊附帶有收藏證書編號。同年6月被邀請參加在北京會議中心召開的中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體書畫家工作委員會“明德引領風尚，揮毫書寫時代”座談會。8月受中外名人文化研究會之邀參加在山東濟南舜耕國際會展中心為期5天的藝術博覽會。作品備受關注。
In 2000, he was awarded gold medal in international cultural exchange exhibition. "Special Gold Award" in the first international calligraphy, painting and photography competition in praise of the motherland. "Outstanding creation Award" was won in the Chinese hard brush calligraphy and painting exhibition competition to welcome Hong Kong's return to China in 1997. He has participated in many national and international calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won many awards, such as the Gold Award and special gold award in the international cultural exchange exhibition, two medals of famous calligraphers and painters in the 20th century (21st century) between China and Japan, and the first prize. His works have been exhibited in the Chinese Art Museum and the Chinese History Museum for many times and have been well received. It spreads to the United States, Britain, Japan, Thailand, South Korea and other countries, as well as Hong Kong and Macao. It has been included in 100 calligraphy and painting classics, such as people's artists 1949-1999 (the great classic of calligraphy and painting), which was invited to be the editorial board member, and the collection of famous Chinese and Japanese painters in the 21st century. Since 2000, the Spring Festival couplets have been donated to the residents, relatives and friends of the community every year during the Spring Festival. The banner works of "Shangshan Ruoshui" are donated to the school of geographic information and space, University of information engineering. The staff members are deeply moved by Ge Lan's philanthropic deeds and express that they must learn from Mr. Zhao Ke and strive to serve the people. There are countless charitable deeds such as donating to hope primary school and empty nest elderly, and donating works for the disabled, the Asian Games and the Olympic Games. He was invited to attend the third contemporary Chinese spirit, 2002 Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research conference, 2002 China Development Forum "meet Beijing" national day forum and other meetings held in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Invited by China Post to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China in 2019, he published a limited collection of individual works known as national business cards and 70000 postcards nationwide, including his works, life photos and postage paid postcards. Each set of stamp album is attached with the collection certificate number. In June of the same year, he was invited to participate in the Symposium of the working committee of the new literary and artistic group of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association at the Beijing Convention Center. In August, he was invited by the Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research association to participate in the 5-day art exhibition in Shungeng International Convention and Exhibition Center in Jinan, Shandong Province. The works have attracted much attention.
