“灑藍釉”，明宣德時景德鎮所創。因它的釉面猶如灑落的藍水滴，故稱“灑藍”；又因透出的白釉地斑像雪花飄灑在藍色的水面，故而又稱“雪花藍”。其工藝上灑藍釉不是簡單的蘸釉，而是采用管子吹上去的。在燒成的白釉器上，以竹管蘸藍釉汁水，吹于器表，形成厚薄不均、深淺不同的斑點，在1100度低溫燒制而成。所余白釉地仿佛是飄落的雪花，隱露于藍釉之中。
