隨后在頒布的“臨時大總統令”中提出要“另刊新模，鼓鑄紀念幣”，國民政府統一幣模后，原本的錢幣便停止了鑄造發行，因而四川造幣廠貳百文鑄造量少，流通時間短，極其珍貴。最稀有的銅幣之一—中華民國二年貳百文雙旗幣。雙旗二百文直纓版又分紅、黃銅質兩種。其紅銅質者，鑄工精美，文字規范，英文書寫正確，紋飾清晰，當為民國2年(1913年）四川建幣廠早期鑄造品。

此錢幣正面中心直書“貳百文”面值，兩旁分列嘉穗圖案，上沿鐫年號“中華民國二年”，下沿鐫廠名“四川造幣廠造”，左右分列十字花星。鑄工精美，文字規范，英文書寫正確，紋飾清晰，當為民國2年(1913年）四川建幣廠早期鑄造品，這是民國時期四川銅元中唯一使用英文的一種。由于雙旗幣產生于民國時期，民國在中國歷史上僅僅存在了幾十年的時間，因此，在兵荒馬亂的年代，錢幣在經歷了無窮的歲月之后，依然可以完整地保留下來，實屬不易。
