『中華書畫藏寶于民工程』是 由中國(guó)美術(shù)家書畫院、將軍書畫院、中國(guó)收藏聯(lián)合會(huì)共同發(fā)起的一項(xiàng)利民工程，志在推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)文化繁榮。 為響應(yīng)國(guó)家提出的文化興國(guó)這一偉大號(hào)召，使中華書畫珍品藏寶于民。我院聯(lián)合國(guó)內(nèi)多家權(quán)威書畫院和收藏機(jī)構(gòu)，邀請(qǐng)了四位近當(dāng)代畫壇宗師再傳弟子，四位大師歷 時(shí)一年，傾心繪制出四大畫派和大師最具代表性佳作集結(jié)成冊(cè)，面向社會(huì)公開發(fā)行。切實(shí)落實(shí)了藏寶于民工程的宗旨，獲得了海內(nèi)外文化界，以及國(guó)家文化、文物機(jī) 構(gòu)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和專家的一致好評(píng)。“中華書畫藏寶于民工程”三期項(xiàng)目《國(guó)寶國(guó)畫四大家真跡合集》耀世而生。

馬在新，中華書畫藏寶于民工程理事，齊白石再傳弟子。湖南潛江人，1947年生，字推之，詩(shī)書畫世家。花鳥畫受教于婁師白、黃猇 、劉蔭祥等當(dāng)代名家，現(xiàn)為中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)書法家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。馬在新先后于中國(guó)美術(shù)館、深圳、荊州、潛江等地多次舉辦個(gè)人畫展和聯(lián)展。作品在《國(guó)畫 家》、《中國(guó)書畫 報(bào)》、《中國(guó)美術(shù)報(bào)》《藝術(shù)與收藏》、《中國(guó)青年報(bào)》、《深圳特區(qū)報(bào)》等報(bào)刊發(fā)表。《馬在新畫集》由天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版發(fā)行。湖北人民廣播電臺(tái)、湖北 衛(wèi)視、荊州電視臺(tái)專題專欄報(bào)導(dǎo)。其被收入《跨世紀(jì)著名書畫家大典》、《著名書畫家大辭典》等。現(xiàn)為湖北省書畫研究會(huì)理事、中流印社副社長(zhǎng)、深圳市篆刻研究 會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)等。作品被國(guó)內(nèi)多家博物館和藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)收藏，北京瀚海等多家拍賣機(jī)構(gòu)曾公開拍賣過(guò)其作品多幅。

張鴻旭 ，中華書畫藏寶于民工程理事黑龍江齊齊哈爾人，著名畫家，國(guó)畫大師黃胄再傳弟子。國(guó)畫世家，其舅父為著名畫家楊秀坤，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)華僑畫院副院長(zhǎng)。被評(píng)為“中國(guó)畫 壇百杰”。中國(guó)當(dāng)代丹頂鶴繪畫第一人，作品多以丹頂鶴為主，對(duì)丹頂鶴的刻畫入木三分無(wú)人能及。現(xiàn)任中國(guó) 華僑畫院副院長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)華僑文學(xué)藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)理事、澳中文聯(lián)理事、清 華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者。作品多次在國(guó)內(nèi)外舉辦聯(lián)展、個(gè)展等多種展覽,并由毛主席紀(jì)念堂、中央直屬管理局、中國(guó)集郵總公司、中國(guó)佛教協(xié)會(huì)江蘇能仁寺等部門 機(jī)構(gòu)及私人收藏，曾出版《張鴻旭畫集》，系《新時(shí)期文藝三十年》介紹的68位美術(shù)大家之一。為《文藝報(bào)》推薦的“中國(guó)畫壇百杰”之一。
Zhang Hongxu, director of the Chinese calligraphy and painting project, is from Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province. He is a famous painter and a disciple of Huang Zhou, a master of Chinese painting. Yang xiukun, a famous painter of traditional Chinese painting, is now the vice president of the overseas Chinese Painting Academy of China. He was rated as "one of the top 100 Chinese painters". He is the first person to draw Red Crowned Crane in contemporary China. Most of his works are mainly about Red Crowned Crane. His depiction of Red Crowned Crane is so impressive that no one can match it. He is currently the vice president of the overseas Chinese Painting Academy of China, director of the overseas Chinese literature and Artists Association, director of the Australian Chinese Association, and a visiting scholar of the Academy of fine arts of Tsinghua University. His works have been exhibited at home and abroad for many times, such as joint exhibitions and individual exhibitions. 李成軍，中華書畫藏寶于民工程理事徐悲鴻再傳弟子。山東人，1971年生人，字馬癡。曾師從當(dāng)代繪畫大師馮法祀。自幼習(xí)畫，尤善畫馬。被譽(yù)為中國(guó)畫馬第一人，曾榮獲中國(guó)畫馬圣手稱號(hào)。現(xiàn)任將軍書畫院副院長(zhǎng)，濟(jì)南藝術(shù)學(xué)院教授。李 成軍多年來(lái)一直對(duì)徐悲鴻的畫馬技法潛心研究，手摩心追二十余載，從師于國(guó)際鴻馬研究會(huì)主席馮法祀指教，畫 藝精湛。曾在濟(jì)南“悲鴻走天下”全國(guó)巡回展，中日書畫大展等各種國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際大賽中屢獲金銀獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。作品被國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多博物館、藝術(shù)館及私人收藏家收藏。其作品獲 筆墨靈動(dòng)，造型嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，神駿氣昂，深得其徐悲鴻大師畫馬精髓。
Li Chengjun, director of Chinese calligraphy and painting project, Xu Beihong's disciple. Shandong people, born in 1971, the word Ma Chi. Mr. Zeng learned from Feng FASI, a contemporary painting master. He has studied painting since childhood, especially good at drawing horses. Known as the first Chinese painting horse, has won the title of Chinese painting horse master. He is now the vice president of the general painting and Calligraphy Academy and a professor of Jinan Art Institute. Li Chengjun has been studying Xu Beihong's horse painting techniques for many years. He has been following Xu Beihong's hand and heart for more than 20 years. He has been under the guidance of Feng FASI, chairman of the international hongma Research Association, and his painting skills are superb. He has won many gold and silver awards in various domestic and international competitions, such as the national tour exhibition of "sad Hong walking the world" in Jinan, the Chinese and Japanese painting and calligraphy exhibition. His works are collected by many museums, art museums and private collectors at home and abroad. His works are vivid in ink, rigorous in modeling, vigorous in spirit, and deep in the essence of master Xu Beihong's horse painting.
