此幣面中心直書“貳百文”面值，兩旁分列嘉穗圖案，上沿鑄年號“中華民國二年”，下沿鑄廠名“四川造幣廠造”，左右分列十字花星。其黃銅質者，鑄工精美，文字規范，英文書寫正確，紋飾清晰，當為中華民國二年（1913年）四川建幣廠早期鑄造品。背中央為交叉雙旗圖，外環珠圈，上沿鑄英文“THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA”（中華民國），下沿鑄英文“200CASH”（200仙）。這是民國時期四川銅元中唯一使用英文的一種。
