In the 30 years of the reign of Emperor Guangxu, a bureau was set up in Huai'an Prefecture, named Qingjiang Tongyuan Bureau. At the beginning of the reign of Emperor Guangxu, a sample coin of "Guangxu Yuanbao" was coined at the beginning of the reign of Emperor Guangxu. On the face of the coin, it was inscribed with "Qingjiang copper yuan bureau" and its back was a flying dragon. Because there were no Manchu characters on the front and back, it was not approved to violate the rules of the Qing Dynasty, so the remains are very rare. In addition, for the copper coins issued by Qingjiang copper yuan Bureau, "Guangxu Yuanbao" was written inside the bead circle on the coin face, and the Manchu character "Guangxu Yuanbao" was written on both sides. The center of the coin face was divided into two types: Flower Star and non flower star, and the bead circle was also large, medium and small. On the back of the coin, there were two kinds of dragon and water dragon pictures, with many cross matching formats. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, only the name of the place and no name of the province, only Qingjiang Tongyuan! In July of the 32nd year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu, Qingjiang copper yuan Bureau was abolished and was incorporated into Jiangnan mint. Qingjiang copper yuan bureau only minted coins for one and a half years before and after the Bureau, and the amount of coins was not much. However, there are few coins that can be handed down today, so the collection value is quite high.
This Guangxu Yuanbao "Qingjiang" is used as a ten Wen copper coin for coin making. In the bead circle on the front side of the coin, "Guangxu Yuanbao" is cast in Chinese. The upper ring is written in Manchu, and the lower ring is worth "dangzhi Shiwen". The left and right sides are engraved with "Qing" and "Jiang". In the middle of Qianbei, a flying dragon is cast in the middle, with "tsing-kiang" in English on the upper margin and ten cash on the lower edge, with flower stars on both sides.
