龍鳳通寶，乃元代末期地方割據政權之鑄幣。其時紅巾軍首領劉福通擁立韓林兒為帝，于至正十五年（公元1355年）建都安徽亳州，國號“宋”，建元龍鳳，并始鑄“龍鳳通寶”錢。
