此幅啟功書法，長(zhǎng)138cm 寬48cm，錄弘一法師語(yǔ)：對(duì)失意人莫談得意事，處得意日莫忘失意時(shí) （見典籍巜格言聯(lián)璧》）。乃警策身心之語(yǔ)句，垂后人之良范。弘一法師，俗名李叔同（1880一一1942），晚清民國(guó)傳奇人物，是學(xué)術(shù)界公認(rèn)的通才丶奇才。精通書法丶繪畫丶音樂丶佛學(xué)等等，既是才氣橫溢的藝術(shù)教育家，也是一代高僧大德。豐子愷有記：“李先生有深大的心靈，又兼?zhèn)湮牟排c樂才"。啟功先生作書，不擇硯墨，宣紙下墊幾張舊報(bào)紙，口占詩(shī)句，璣珠滿紙，章法天成，既有陽(yáng)剛氣，又有陰柔美，具有獨(dú)特的“啟家”面貌。
