大清銅幣,學(xué)名清代機(jī)制銅圓,鑄造始于1900年(清光緒二十六年),止于1911年(三年)。鑄造流通時(shí)間盡管只有十余年,但其鼎盛時(shí)期全國共有十七省二十局開機(jī)鑄造銅圓。十七二十局先后鑄造的當(dāng)十銅圓,各不相同,版式繁多。僅以明顯區(qū)別劃分,其版式亦有數(shù)百種之多。大清銅幣流通時(shí)間較短。因其版面設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)雅,雕刻精良,且存世量極為稀少,大清銅幣光緒年戶部造當(dāng)十被譽(yù)為中國近代制幣中的十大名譽(yù)品之一。
