青花釉里紅瓷，俗稱“青花加紫”或“釉里紅”，始于元代，流行于明初。是釉下彩瓷的一種，在青花間用銅紅加繪紋飾，然后施透明釉經(jīng)過高溫還原氣氛燒成，在釉里透出紅色的紋樣，以色彩絢美著稱。

清雍正時(shí)期民窯的花卉類紋飾非常豐富，有不少花卉圖案喜用“過杖”技法，花卉內(nèi)盤碗的里部越過器口延續(xù)到外壁，這種畫法通常稱為“過杖花”或“過墻花”。雍正民窯青花龍紋盤也常常采用這種畫法，龍的頭部及前半截身體畫在盤心，后半部分經(jīng)過盤口轉(zhuǎn)折后畫在外壁，稱為“過墻龍”。“過杖”、“過墻”這種技法，雍正以后十分流行，直至清末。

此器祖?zhèn)骶罚呵宕缙冢ㄇ寤ㄓ岳锛t過墻龍）瓷盤，藏品直徑：28厘米，高度：6厘米，底徑：17.5厘米。器型規(guī)整秀麗，保存完好，無瑕疵，永遠(yuǎn)保真造型規(guī)整，修胎精細(xì)，敞口，弧形壁，圈足修削整齊，為內(nèi)斜削式圈足，外壁口沿下一圈凸弦紋的唇口，砂底有細(xì)旋紋。胎質(zhì)細(xì)膩堅(jiān)硬，胎釉結(jié)合緊密，釉色白中閃青，施釉雖薄但有肥潤感，側(cè)視釉面可見均勻細(xì)密的“桔皮紋”。
