黑便士紅便士藍(lán)便士英國(guó)“黑便士”郵票是世界上第一枚郵票，發(fā)明者是英國(guó)人羅蘭·希爾（世界郵票之父），啟用于1840年5月6日，這一天后來(lái)被定為郵票誕生日。“黑便士”在印刷上采用了當(dāng)時(shí)歐美國(guó)家印制鈔票時(shí)已普遍采用的最先進(jìn)的雕刻版印刷工藝，并使用了難以仿造的皇冠水印紙。
