琺瑯彩創燒于紫禁城(今北京故宮),是歷史上唯一在宮廷燒造的瓷器。它起源于康熙晚期,發展于雍正時期,興盛于乾隆時期,以其瓷質細潤,彩料凝重,色澤鮮艷靚麗,畫工精致,備受清代帝王推崇,是我國彩瓷之首,被世人譽為“彩瓷皇后”,備受世界收藏家的追捧。
Enamel caichuang was fired in the Forbidden City (now the Forbidden City in Beijing). It is the only porcelain made in the palace in history. It originated in the late Kangxi period, developed in the Yongzheng period and flourished in the Qianlong period. It was highly praised by the emperors of the Qing Dynasty for its fine and smooth porcelain, dignified color, bright color and exquisite painting. It is the first color porcelain in China, known as the "Queen of color porcelain" and sought after by collectors all over the world.
乾隆時期,為了展現琺瑯彩巔峰技藝,乾隆皇帝親自督造,不惜工本燒造《清乾隆款琺瑯彩芍藥雉雞圖玉壺春瓶》和《清乾隆御制琺瑯彩花石錦雞圖雙耳瓶》作為見證。到了乾隆后期國力逐漸衰退,難以支撐皇家不惜工本的燒造方式,琺瑯彩開始斷燒,這項宮廷秘技也隨之失傳。到了民國時期,隨著故宮博物院的琺瑯彩展出,她第一次出現在世人面前。隨后近一個世紀里,無人敢復燒宮廷琺瑯彩,直到宮廷琺瑯彩的集大成者王輝大師成功復原琺瑯彩國寶。
During the Qianlong period, in order to show the peak skills of enamel, Emperor Qianlong personally supervised the production of "Qing Qianlong enamel peony pheasant painting jade pot spring vase" and "Qing Qianlong Royal enamel flower golden pheasant picture double ear bottle" as witness. In the late Qianlong period, the national strength gradually declined, and it was difficult to support the Royal firing method of sparing no effort. Enamel color began to burn off, and this imperial secret skill was lost. In the period of the Republic of China, with the enamel exhibition in the Palace Museum, she appeared in front of the world for the first time. Then, for nearly a century, no one dared to burn court enamel again, until Master Wang Hui, the master of court enamel, successfully restored the national treasure of enamel color.
琺瑯彩以工藝難、釉料貴、畫工絕而著稱于世。為了成功復原琺瑯彩,王輝大師查閱各種清宮典籍,了解琺瑯彩的制作工藝,動用國家封存30年,有著比金子都貴之稱的高嶺土,采用古法歷經172道手工工序燒制白胎。歷時數年,經過幾百次的嘗試,終于燒制出與《玉壺春瓶》瓷胎一樣細薄完美無瑕的白胎。
Enamel color is famous for its difficult technology, expensive glaze and unique painting skills. In order to successfully restore the enamel color, Master Wang Hui consulted various ancient books and records of the Qing Dynasty to understand the production technology of enamel color. He used kaolin, which has been sealed for 30 years by the state, and is known as more expensive than gold. He used the ancient method and went through 172 manual processes to make white fetuses. It took several years and hundreds of attempts to produce a white body as thin and perfect as the porcelain body of the jade pot spring vase.
琺瑯彩上的繪畫皆是由宮廷最頂級畫師繪制,稍有瑕疵即作廢。為了完美再現乾隆朝時期的絕頂畫工,王輝大師多次觀察、臨摹《玉壺春瓶》上的畫工,并進行對比,在歷經300次的易稿后,終于成功掌握宮琺瑯彩畫工奧秘,采用透視技法,在瓶身微繪作畫。琺瑯彩燒制完成后,用100倍的放大鏡觀看,仍然清晰可見,花有露珠,鮮艷纖細,蝶有茸毛,且頸頸豎起。
The paintings on the enamel were all painted by the top painters of the court. If there is any defect, it will be invalid. In order to perfectly reproduce the top painters of the Qianlong Dynasty, Master Wang Hui observed and copied the painters on the jade pot spring vase for many times, and compared them. After 300 times of changing manuscripts, he finally mastered the secret of the palace enamel painters and used perspective techniques to paint on the bottle body. After the enamel was fired, it was still clearly visible when viewed with a 100 times magnifying glass. The flowers were bright and slender, and the butterflies were hairy, and the neck was erect.
