1911年10月在辛亥革命的歷史大背景下,以保路運(yùn)動(dòng)為開(kāi)端，12月四川省宣布獨(dú)立，建立大漢四川軍政府。尹昌衡出任軍政部長(zhǎng),被推為都督后,組織軍政府。為滿(mǎn)足軍需和保路運(yùn)動(dòng)的需要，同時(shí)也為了維持政府開(kāi)支，于1912年起，四川成都造幣廠(chǎng)奉軍政府之令，更換前清龍紋銅元舊模，雕版民國(guó)銅元新款，正式開(kāi)鑄“軍政府造四川銅幣漢字銀元”，開(kāi)鑄之初僅發(fā)行十文、二十文兩種錢(qián)幣。同年5月，又添鑄當(dāng)五十文一種，當(dāng)年計(jì)鑄十文銅元6055萬(wàn)余枚，二十文銅元1247萬(wàn)余枚，五十文銅元935萬(wàn)余枚。"軍政府造四川銅幣"是辛亥革命時(shí)期的產(chǎn)物。1911年12月發(fā)生"成都兵變"，以尹昌衡、羅綸為正副都督的四川軍政府取代了成立僅12天的大漢四川軍政府。新的四川軍政府成立之初即面臨著需用日繁、度支日絀的財(cái)政困窘局面。軍政府迅速接管了四川成都造幣廠(chǎng)，決定鑄造"四川銅幣"以應(yīng)急。
In October 1911, under the historical background of the revolution of 1911, starting with the road protection movement, Sichuan Province declared its independence in December and established the Sichuan military government of the Han Dynasty. Yin Changheng took the post of military and political minister and was promoted to be the governor of the army and organized the military government. In order to meet the needs of military supplies and road protection movement, as well as to maintain government expenditure, in 1912, the Chengdu Mint in Sichuan, in accordance with the order of the military government, replaced the old copper coin with dragon pattern in the former Qing Dynasty and carved the new copper yuan of the Republic of China. At the beginning of the coinage, only 10 Wen and 20 Wen coins were issued. In May of the same year, another 50 Wen coin was added. In that year, more than 60.55 million pieces of ten Wen copper yuan, 12.47 million pieces of 20 Wen copper yuan, and 9.35 million pieces of 50 Wen copper yuan were cast. "Sichuan copper coins made by the military government" was the product of the revolution of 1911. The "Chengdu mutiny" took place in December 1911. The Sichuan military government, with Yin Changheng and Luo Lun as the chief and deputy governors, replaced the Sichuan military government of the Han Dynasty, which was established only 12 days ago. At the beginning of the establishment of the new Sichuan military government, it was faced with the financial dilemma of increasing demand and reducing expenditure. The military government quickly took over the Sichuan Chengdu mint and decided to cast "Sichuan copper coins" as an emergency.
由于四川銅幣的通行率不高，只能在四川范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行交易，所以流通范圍很窄，導(dǎo)致四川銅幣的發(fā)行量不高。向來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律和收藏首要以“物以稀為貴”定律為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。作為特殊歷史時(shí)期、地方政權(quán)的特殊貨幣，軍政府貨幣具有軍用貨幣和民用貨幣的雙重職能，是歷史的產(chǎn)物，具有不可替代的文物價(jià)值，是歷史的見(jiàn)證。

此枚錢(qián)幣圖案文字清晰、無(wú)磨損，表面平整光潔，邊緣無(wú)明顯撞擊痕跡等，基本可算得上好品相。銅幣正面中央珠圈內(nèi)有"四川銅幣"四字，上下左右分列，其中心飾有芙蓉花紋。珠圈上緣書(shū)"軍政府造"四字，下緣為"當(dāng)制錢(qián)一百文"字樣，標(biāo)明幣值，左右飾以花星紋飾。銅幣背面中央大圓圈內(nèi)為一篆書(shū)"漢"字，"漢"字底有數(shù)十條橫直紋，因而錢(qián)幣收藏者也稱(chēng)之為"漢"字銅元。"漢"字圓圈外還環(huán)繞有18個(gè)小圓圈，代表當(dāng)時(shí)的十八個(gè)省份。把18個(gè)小圓圈圍繞著"漢"字聯(lián)成一體，寓意十八省人民團(tuán)結(jié)起來(lái)共同為"驅(qū)逐韃虜，恢復(fù)中華"而戰(zhàn)斗。它帶有辛亥革命那一時(shí)期鮮明的時(shí)代印記，見(jiàn)證了那一段波瀾壯闊的民國(guó)歷史!據(jù)此它有著不同的收藏價(jià)值。
This coin is characterized by clear characters, no abrasion, smooth surface and no obvious impact marks on the edge. It can be regarded as a good product. There are four characters of "Sichuan copper coin" in the central bead circle on the obverse of the coin, with hibiscus embellishment on the heart. On the upper margin of the bead circle, the word "made by the military government" is written, and the lower margin is the word "when making money 100 Wen", indicating the currency value, and the left and right sides are decorated with flower stars. There is a seal character "Han" in the middle of the large circle on the back of the copper coin, and there are dozens of horizontal and straight lines on the bottom of the character. Therefore, coin collectors also call it "Han" copper yuan. There are 18 small circles around the circle of "Han", representing the 18 provinces at that time. The 18 small circles around the word "Han" are linked together, implying that the people of 18 provinces unite to fight for "expelling the Tartars and restoring China". It bears the distinctive era mark of the period of the revolution of 1911, and witnesses the magnificent history of the Republic of China. Therefore, it has different collection values.
