該瑪瑙藏品為熊首(右側)，高約65公分，寬約5O公分，厚約30公分，由六十到七十公斤的純碼碯鑄成。牠造型奇特，神似狗熊。長長的嘴巴撅起，還落有一些碼碯珍珠，眼窩里大眼球仿佛在轉動，似乎還掛有一滴淚珠，不大的耳朶甩在后面；熊首自上而下掛有多串大大小小密密麻麻成千上萬的碼碯珍珠，彷佛在祝賀牠的喜慶的曰子。該藏品實在是世所罕見。
