李海濤，男、漢族，1965年9月生于黑龍江，齊白石第四代弟子，自幼喜歡書法、繪畫，少年時期曾多次獲得全國青少年書畫大獎。1982年參軍，在軍中獲“八一軍中書畫大賽”二等獎，榮立三等功2次。
Li Haitao, male and Han nationality, was born in Heilongjiang Province in September 1965. He is the fourth generation disciple of Qi Baishi. He loved calligraphy and painting since he was a child. He won many National Youth Calligraphy and painting awards in his youth. He joined the army in 1982 and won the second prize of "August 1st military calligraphy and painting competition" and won the third class merit twice.

2011年元月2日,作品入選中國新農村文化工程《獻王書畫院書法繪畫作品展》該作品同時被本院收藏。
2013年8月，被錄入《文化部文化藝術人才中心高級人才庫》。
2014年1月，經中國國家詩書畫院組委會、中國國學協會編委會、世界華文詩詞學會評委會有關專家嚴格評定,其作品被評為(國家文藝大獎銀獎),同時被授予《世界文化名人》榮譽稱號。
2014年6月，榮獲“中國愛心公益創新精英獎”。
2014年9月，作品《蝦戲圖》在“中央國家機關廉政文化建設書畫邀請展組委會”展出,榮獲《書畫藝術特別貢獻獎》。
