此枚“云南省造貳角銀幣庫平一錢四分四厘”銀幣為云南造幣廠民國二十一年鑄造，因幣面中心印有交叉國民黨黨旗而得名。銀幣正面為“云南省造貳角銀幣”、“庫平一錢四分四厘”字樣；背面為雙旗圖案以及“中華民國廿十一年”字樣，較為罕見。
