光緒元寶是清朝光緒年間流通的貨幣之一。由湖北兩廣總督張之洞率先引進(jìn)英國(guó)鑄幣機(jī)器鑄造銀元和銅元,之后各省紛紛仿效。共有十九個(gè)省局鑄造,除中央戶(hù)部,地方省所鑄銅元,皆在其正面上緣鐫寫(xiě)省名。光緒元寶是大清光緒年流通大面值貨幣之首,是我國(guó)首批引進(jìn)海外技術(shù)的印發(fā)流通貨幣,對(duì)于現(xiàn)今也蘊(yùn)藏了一定歷史意義。此光緒元寶三錢(qián)六分重:13.1g直徑:33.25mm厚:2.09mm,,為傳世幣,正面珠圈鑄有滿(mǎn)漢文“光緒元寶”珠圈外環(huán)鐫刻有‘云南省造’下端“庫(kù)平三錢(qián)六分”錢(qián)幣背面,珠圈內(nèi)鑄有龍圖案,龍鱗細(xì)膩,龍紋清晰,活靈活現(xiàn),栩栩如生,版面設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)雅,鑄造工藝精美,邊齒字跡清晰, 規(guī)整,龍形、字體、圖案清晰;整體品相清晰完善,包漿自然純正。內(nèi)珠邊齒規(guī)則整齊背面盤(pán)龍龍鱗清晰,背面盤(pán)龍龍眼內(nèi)有兩顆清晰的內(nèi)視龍睛,直指龍珠,含銀量高,制作精良,工藝極其精湛,因其現(xiàn)存真品存世量甚少,值得藏家深品。“云南省造光緒元寶”是中國(guó)近代機(jī)制幣中的十大名譽(yù)品之一,“云南省造光緒元寶”之所以名氣大是由于他的歷史性和珍稀性決定的。這玫錢(qián)幣版面設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)雅,雕刻精良,但是,鑄造量不多,所以存世極罕,有極高的歷史價(jià)值與學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。

Guangxu Yuanbao was one of the currency in circulation during the reign of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty.
