趙之琛，乾隆四十六年生，咸豐二年卒(公元1781-1852),字次閑，號獻父、亦作獻甫，又號靜觀、寶月山人、寶月居士、南屏隱君、穆生、披香弟子等。浙江錢塘(杭州)人，為西泠八家之一。一生未入仕途，布衣而終。
